Use the "Send Us A Note" Field during the Checkout process to send me your babies vital statistics when you submit your order - Name, Time and Date of Birth, Weight and Length are added at no additional charge.

I hand paint each Boy's Porcelain Baby Shoe with blue Forget-Me-Nots and then I hand inscribe them with your baby's vital statistics. As a final finishing touch, and depending on the design, they are then highlighted with pure white enamel.
