What forms of payment do you accept?
Porcelain by De Long currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and Paypal.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5 for the first shoe and $3 for each additional shoe to the United States. Contact us for shipping information if you are outside the 50 US States.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Yes, but only for orders shipped to California. California Residents pay 8.00% sales tax.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship twice weekly. Tuesday and Saturday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm shipping to your location and provide a shipping quote.
Returns and Damaged Merchandise
We do not accept returns for personalized items except if we made an error. These porcelain baby shoes are custom made and, generally, not restock-able. We can and do make corrections whenever possible. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and, depending on the nature of the correction, there may be a small labor charge.
If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately for further instructions.
Custom Orders
We do consider special requests if possible. There may be a small up charge depending on the nature of the change.
